The location was very accessible and close to many tourist spots.

The air conditioning in the room did not work because it was supposedly in the colder months for sustainability. I was informed by the staff after I texted them. I was advised to keep the windows open, but the window sometimes closed by itself.

Fantastic Stay in a Spacious Room

The room had a balcony with a great view. I found the bed very comfy. There was a kitchen area with a fridge, useful (it helped me save money). Air conditioning kept the room cool in the hot weather.

The building lacked a direct human touch because I couldn't find staff available for face-to-face assistance. All communication occurred via email or WhatsApp. the response was still fast.

I loved the free lockers available before check-in and after check-out. This saved me a lot of time exploring the area. I also liked the spacious room and interior design.

the location was great for exploring. it was easy to walk to many sites (i walked everywhere!). the online check-in was also very easy to use.

the door is thin. i could hear noises from other rooms (but i didn't find it too disturbing).

the room was spacious with a functional layout. the bed had comfortable bedding and soft pillows. (i really liked the blackout curtains!) there was a small kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.

faulty windowlong shower

The air conditioning did not work, they said it was because of the colder months! I was told to open the windows. the window sometimes closed by itself. I found it strange that my friends in the next room had no issues with their windows, it worked fine. We wanted a hot shower at night. they advised me to let the water run for 15 mins, it's a shame.
